Time Manufacturing Company acquired the European manufacturer of aerial work platforms called Ruthmann. The US-based Time, manufacturer of Aspen Aerial, Versalift, and BrandFX products, announced the acquisition of spider lift and vehicle mount produced by Ruthmann in January.
Ruthmann, based in Gescher Hochmoor, Germany, has a long past of producing superior, truck-mounted aerial work platforms in the European continent, going to market under the trademarks Ruthmann, Bluelift, Steiger, and Ecoline.
Time Manufacturing Company is an international manufacturer of aerial lift machines majorly focused on the telecommunications, electric utility, infrastructure, and forestry sectors. CEO of Time Mr. Curt Howell said, “Ruthmann brands stand for quality and dependability, and we are pleased to partner with Ruthmann to grow our businesses together.” Further, he added, “The agreement between Time and Ruthmann bid complimentary products & services which allow both businesses to better serve and to meet the needs of our worldwide customers.”
The managing director of Ruthmann Rolf Kulawik said, “This acquisition brings together dual complementary work truck and high access equipment manufacturers, intensifying our product offerings, and better serving our customers.” He added, “We anticipate associating with the Time squad to understand the many prospects that the combination offers both staffs and customers alike.”
Time company went on to say that the procurement of Ruthmann was a substantial step forward for the continuous development of product lines for telecommunications, electric utility, and other essential services around the world. “Time has worldwide operations which represents an extraordinary prospect to expand and endorse Ruthmann brands to a broader global audience.”
