The acquisition, which comprises Fisher Group Ltd and Fisher Group Services, follows the acquisition of Cool Solution in the month of March and McDowall Air Conditioning in the previous year.
Fisher Group is established in 1974, it is a Daikin D1+ accepted installer and a business solutions partner with company named Mitsubishi Electric.
The company Johnson Controls says the acquirement assist to fill a service gap in Scotland, and allows it to draw on Fisher Group’s expertise in the installation and design of air conditioning for industrial and commercial markets, while increasing its own pool of experts in the Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning(HVAC) industry.
The Fisher Group is one of the foremost players for HVAC companies in the Scotland, with “a customer base and an enviable reputation”, Johnson Controls UK&I general manager for HVAC, named Michael Anderton, said: “We are excited to be working with the talented team of HVAC professionals from Fisher Group and combining the strengths of both companies to better serve both new and existing customers”.
The company Fisher Group will form part of Johnson Control’s UK North Commercial HVAC Services and Installation business, recording into Lee Tindall, Johnson Control’s National HVAC installations manager. As per the company declaration, the Fisher Group term will be retained in the impeding future.
